By using the RideWalaNY website or requesting transportation services through RideWalaNY, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Requests

Ride requests are subject to availability and confirmation by RideWalaNY. Submitting a booking request does not necessarily mean that a ride has been accepted or confirmed unless RideWalaNY provides confirmation.

2. Passenger Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, contact, passenger-count, and scheduling information.

3. Fares and Payment

The fare presented during the booking process or otherwise communicated by RideWalaNY applies to the applicable ride unless additional charges are disclosed or reasonably arise from circumstances such as tolls, parking, waiting time, additional stops, or changes requested by the passenger.

Payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact RideWalaNY as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel a ride.

Any applicable cancellation, waiting-time, no-show, or other charges will be disclosed through the booking process or applicable service terms.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws and safety requirements.

RideWalaNY may refuse or discontinue service when reasonably necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

6. Pickup and Waiting

Passengers should be ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled time.

Additional waiting or no-show charges may apply when disclosed in the applicable booking terms.

7. Service Availability

RideWalaNY currently serves selected areas around Selden, New York. Service availability may vary based on location, schedule, availability, and other operational considerations.

8. Ride Changes

Changes to pickup locations, destinations, passenger count, stops, or other ride details may affect the fare and availability.

9. Third-Party Services

RideWalaNY may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, communications, scheduling, mapping, or other business functions. Those providers may have their own terms and policies.

10. Website Information

RideWalaNY makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but information may change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RideWalaNY is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road conditions, delays, technical problems, or events beyond its control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived or limited.
